Do you offer appointments outside of regular business hours?
Yes, we may be able to accommodate appointments outside of our regular business hours, but they must be scheduled in advance by phone. Availability is not guaranteed and depends on staff scheduling. Please give us a call to discuss your needs, and we’ll do our best to find a time that works.
What is the charge?
The charges vary based on the service that you require. All of our prices are listed on our “Pricing” page on our website. You can also call or email us with specific pricing questions or if you need help deciphering what service you need.
How long does it take?
The entire process typically averages about 15 minutes. The time required for your appointment may vary based on the service and its complexity. We do our best to be efficient while ensuring everything is done thoroughly.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring payment and a valid form of identification. Not sure what counts as valid ID? See the next question below for details on acceptable forms of identification for the different services.
What Forms of ID are accepted?
We accept a variety of government-issued IDs, including a valid driver’s license, state ID, or U.S. passport.
-For fingerprinting, you must present the physical, original ID card—no photos, copies, mobile Id, or printouts are accepted. The ID must also be current and not expired.
-For notary services, we can accept either the physical ID or the Arizona Mobile ID app, as long as the ID is valid and current.
If you're unsure whether your ID qualifies, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm.
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience, we accept both cash and card payments. Please note: We do not accept bills larger than $50.
What information will be gathered besides fingerprints?
In addition to fingerprints, we collect basic biographical information such as your full name, date of birth, contact information (like phone number and email), and certain demographic details as required by the requesting agency or service. All information not needed for the application is shredded at the end of the appointment.
How are my fingerprints and data protected?
We collect fingerprints to assist our customers in obtaining their state clearance cards, as required by certain licensing and employment processes. The fingerprints are submitted securely to the appropriate state agency. Fingerprints are stored locally for 30 days and all information collected on paperwork not submitted to the government agency is shredded at the end of the appointment. All information is handled with the highest standards of confidentiality and in compliance with state and federal regulations. See our fingerprint record keeping policy here.
